Having trouble achieving a smooth finish on your candles?
- Try pouring at a slightly higher temperature, around 5-10°F (2.8-5.6°C) hotter.
- Avoid cooling your candles on surfaces like marble or granite, as they can draw out heat too quickly.
- Consider a second pour or using a heat gun to smooth the surface.
Struggling with a weak fragrance throw?
- Ensure you cure your candles for at least two weeks for the best fragrance results.
- Add fragrance oil at around 185°F (85°C).
- Reassess the wick size you're using.
- Test the scent throw of your candle in a space that matches its size to ensure accurate evaluation.

01 Candle Storage
Candles should be stored in a cool, dark, and dry place. High temperatures or direct sunlight can cause the surface of the candle to melt, which in turn can affect the fragrance level of the candle, resulting in insufficient fragrance when lit.
02 Lighting the Candle
Before lighting the candle, trim the wick from 5MM-8MM and keep it burning for 2-3 hours for the first time. Trimming the wick will help the candle burn evenly and prevent black smoke from burning and soot from the candle cup. If you want to burn for a long time, extinguish the candle every 4 hours, trim the wick length, and light it again.
03 Extinguishing Candles
Always remember, do not blow out the candle with your mouth! Not only will this damage the candle, but it will also produce black smoke, turning the wonderful aroma of the scented candle into a smoky smell. You can use an extinguisher to extinguish the candle or use an extinguishing hook tool to dip the wick into the wax oil. Please stop burning the candle when it is less than 2cm, otherwise, the flame will burn empty and there is a risk of blowing up the cup.
04 Candle Burning
Be sure not to leave candles unattended. Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets. Protect your furniture, the candle will become quite hot after 3 hours of burning, so please try not to place it directly on the furniture. The lid can be used as an insulating pad.
