*For the melting wax pot, you can also choose any container that you have on the shelf at home. It is not too demanding as to what type of sauce pan you pick. The method we apply there is known as a double boilder method. Essentially, what you will need is one small pot and one large pot , with the smaller one being heated with surrounding water. I am using a bobby pin to hold the wick in place. You do not need this if your wick comes with wick holder.

3.If you are waiting for the candle to cure,there is a quick solution to speed up the solidify process. Either you can choose to place your candle into the refrigerator, it should take only 20 minutes , or you can speed up the process by place your candle over warm water. If you leave in the room temperature, it will take approximately several hours.

4.Trim the wick to about 0.6cm long. This simple mason jar candle would make excellent gift for your significant other or co-workers.
