Where is my order shipped from?
All our goods will be dispatched from our warehouse in China, so basically you will receive your parcel from China.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders placed during our normal working hours will normally be processed and shipped within 1-2 Business Days. Orders placed outside of normal working hours or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day in the order in which they are received.
When will I receive my goods?
Your order will normally be delivered within 6-18 Business Days of processing.
Note: Orders placed before 12: 00 AM CST (excluding holidays/weekends) will usually be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 12: 00 AM CST will be dispatched on the next working day. During public holidays in China, delivery times may be affected as couriers will restrict operations during this time. While this is unfortunately beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.
Please note that estimated delivery times may vary depending on the delivery method chosen and the destination of the parcel. We do our best to provide accurate estimated delivery times and to keep our customers informed of any delays or problems that may occur during the shipping process. Once your parcel has been processed, you will receive a "dispatch notification email" which will contain the tracking number of your order. "Shipped" means that the order is packed, labeled, and ready for pick-up by the carrier. Pick-up times vary depending on driver schedules, traffic, weather, and other factors. Orders shipped later in the day or over the weekend may not be available for pickup until the next business day. Please do not worry if tracking results are not immediately available. It takes up to two business days for carriers to update the information on their website.
