Return And Refund Policy

We manufacture exceptional quality candles and guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and receive a refund or immediate credit for a replacement.

Circumstances under which returns and refunds apply
  • If the return is due to our fault.
  • The goods arrived in a damaged shape.
  • We have sent the wrong item.

To return an item to our company, please follow these steps:
  • Contact us immediately at service@ohcans.com
  • Please repack the item very carefully; the item should be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Only items returned in perfect condition will be eligible for credit.
  • Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
  • Include a note stating the reason for your return.
  • Send the return via UPS or FedEx (preferred) or US Postal Service (delivery confirmation and insurance recommended) to the address below.

Shipping costs for returns will be our responsibility. After confirming that you are eligible for a refund from us, we will not charge for the return procedure, please return the product within 3 days. The mailing address will be provided by email after the request is submitted. If you paid for the shipping cost of the returned product, we will pay the shipping cost within 5 business days after we receive your return. Returned items will be credited to your credit card or given an immediate exchange of equivalent value.
